Talk to your Khata in Roman Urdu

Digital Munshi is an AI assistant built into Pakka Khata that lets you ask questions about your own mandi ledger in plain Roman Urdu or Urdu and get instant answers — like a munshi you can simply talk to. It covers receivables (naam), payables (jama), daily collection (wasooli), sales, purchases, and party balances.

You can ask in Roman Urdu (WhatsApp style) or in Urdu. The Munshi understands everyday mandi wording — for example “Rahim ka kitna baqi hai?” or “Is mahine ki sales kitni hui?”.

No. Digital Munshi is strictly read-only. It only looks up information to answer your question — it cannot add, edit, delete, or post any entry. Your khata stays exactly as you keep it.

Yes. The Munshi only ever accesses your own business’s khata and respects each user’s permissions inside your team. It does not share your figures with anyone else or use them to answer for another business.

Party balances (who owes you and whom you owe), total naam and jama, today’s or this week’s wasooli, sales and purchases for any day or month, daily and period summaries, and a single party’s recent dealings and dues.
